Meet: Katie Weston

Katie has been with Bray Healthcare for 23 years. When not working for Bray, Katie loves horse riding, going to the gym, walking and running.

“On a daily basis, I meet deadlines and prioritise workload to make sure that customers’ requests are met. Importantly, making sure that things are not rushed and that all questions are covered.

I started as a Customer Service administrator and worked my way up. My role has changed so much over the years, taking on more responsibility and understanding all aspects of the business.

I most enjoy the team I work with; I feel that when times are busy and tough, I have the backing of the team to help support me when needed. We are a small company and everybody works really hard yet it’s like working as part of a small family.”
