With over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, across various organizations, I have held multiple roles within quality before stepping into my current position as Head of Quality Compliance. I have developed a hands-on understanding of quality management from both operational and strategic perspectives. I believe in fostering a strong quality culture by actively engaging staff across all departments, to ensure that quality is embedded in day-to-day operations rather than just a compliance requirement.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
