We are currently looking for a Quality Compliance Manager who will be an integral member of the Bray Team, providing guidance and support, sharing the general duties of the Quality Compliance department and supporting the departmental head. The post holder will recommend and implement best practices and manage the operational functions of the Quality Compliance Team.

We are currently looking for a Head of Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Bray’s manufacturing and logistics operations adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations maintaining high quality standards and delivering high quality products on time whilst prioritising safety and compliance throughout the operational processes. This includes leading teams, managing production schedules, monitoring quality control and driving continuous improvement initiatives with the GMP environment.

Production Department
The Production Department within Bray Group Ltd is a core element of the Operations and Compliance Department. Operations and Compliance manage the day-to-day fundamentals and regulatory requirements of manufacturing heavily regulated products within the medical industry. The Production Department are responsible for the manufacturing and packing of all Bray products for global distribution and is one of the largest departments within the business.

Role Summary
Production Operatives play a fundamental part in the Bray Production Team, ensuring that all products are manufactured and finished to the highest of standards. Bray products have an excellent reputation globally therefore Bray Production Operatives are expected to work with a meticulous eye for detail, work under pressure in a calm and professional manner. There are further progression opportunities to move into a Supervisory/Team Leader role where leadership qualities are exhibited on a consistent basis in line with the company vision of ‘Being Bray’ where behaviours are linked to values.
